Can teams submit something other than an app?

It depends on your division:

Beginner Division	Junior & Senior Division
Mobile App Web App* Scratch Project*	Mobile App Web App*

*new for the 2025 season

You can use more sophisticated code and integrate hardware/AI to develop a more advanced app, but the product submitted to Technovation Girls must adhere to the above guidelines in order to qualify for the competition.
